The company wanted to capitalize on its regional following and boost national exposure, expanding its footprint in the market. The company started by reviewing its public website, ZICO.com. The site needed a re-design that would improve user experience, strengthen the existing brand identity, deliver relevant, powerful messaging to the right market segments and engage consumers, retailers, and distributors.
To develop the best site for the ZICO brand, Acquity Group took time to thoroughly understand the brand’s DNA, constituents, and audiences - using this research to inform the visual design. A User Experience & Architecture track was incorporated to improve the site’s usability. The team provided ZICO with a robust structure that could support upcoming product launches or a transactional model for next-gen functionality. The site features modern technologies like DHTML, which enables dynamic web services, and each page is optimized for organic and paid search to augment online coverage.

The imagery chosen by the VID team captures the essence of the brand so vividly that ZICO offers it as a downloadable desktop background on the site.
