We are looking for a highly effective Project Manager to join our team.  This person is capable of leveraging structured project management techniques to effectively manage small to large-scale projects across multiple disciplines.  This individual is able to ensure a high level of client satisfaction with a focus on responsiveness, resolution of problem situations, and successful completion of deliverables. 
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities   

• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Create detailed project work plans from estimated scope of work
• Assign project plan tasks to team members
• Provide project planning and scope estimation
• Track project status and provide in-depth status reports to the Account Manager
• Effectively communicate a project vision to the team
• Track and manage all project related issues
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members
• Participate in developing strategy for the engagement
• Apply consistent approach and deliver consistent quality across engagements

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management, strategic planning, business analysis, process design, research and competitive analysis, package implementation, knowledge of multiple technologies and interactive design
• 5+ years experience in consulting
• Expertise in one or more industries, organizational structures, business process design techniques and development methodologies
• Thorough understanding of the project life cycle process to effectively manage through the complexities of the business solution. Experience in full lifecycle software development process and methods
• Exceptionally strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage client accounts and multidisciplinary teams
• Proven mentoring and coaching capabilities to ensure effective growth plans of members of Acquity Group

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.

Travel
50% travel flexibility - more or less depending on project; candidate should be comfortable with travel and overtime as client commitment requires.
