It’s a tough call, even for a communications giant like Motorola: Can a single social media platform engage multiple business units with very different audiences? Our solution for Motorola’s marketing team: an innovative, flexible SaaS platform powering a shared set of social media tools, enabling each business unit to leverage a cost-effective, light-IT engagement strategy. And to keep the conversation going, we developed the governance and implementation processes and provided project and product launch management.
