Kohl’s originally asked Acquity Group to make several quick-fix site architecture enhancements in prep for the holiday shopping season. Our initial implementation went so well, Kohl’s asked us to completely rethink and relaunch a new site—updated branding, streamlined checkout, new eCommerce platform. The new site helped online sales soar 74% over the next 3 years, while enabling Kohl’s to sell 100% of SKUs online and serving as the baseline experience for a new in-store kiosk system.
