Johnson Controls’ Automotive Group asked us to consolidate its sprawl of 130 intranet sites into a single, taxonomy-governed site that lets employees easily find mission-critical information. By analyzing existing technology (with a focus on eliminating non-standard technology), current processes, and resources, we provided Johnson Controls with a new portal framework and technical foundation before beginning legacy site integration into the new portal.
