IDEX—a manufacturer of severe duty/highly precise OEM fluid handling applications—chose Acquity Group to shorten the time it takes to get critical sales and product info to its global distribution network. To give distributors a single-source “system of record” into IDEX’s 100,000+ products, we chose and installed hybris PCM and also installed Endeca for advanced merchandising capabilities. We defined multiple hybris data models—supporting our custom Java applications—for a sustainable, scalable distributor and OEM-facing solution.
