As the national chain of casual restaurants prepared for additional growth, leadership wanted to make sure that the company’s technology resources could flex to support these efforts. Resources needed to be optimally aligned and prioritized to support the expansion initiatives - with maximum cost efficiency. Our team worked with Garden Fresh to develop a strategic 3-5 year IT Assessment Plan and Roadmap by evaluating the organization’s current use of technology. In-depth stakeholder sessions, documentation reviews, and gap analyses helped to re-align Business and IT objectives, and we delivered an action plan with recommendations and prioritized initiatives to improve the state of the current organization.
