Looking to grow through strategic market acquisitions, but faced with current business challenges, Delaware North’s IT department needed a technology solution that would allow them to stay nimble and flexible. Through a series of workshops with the organization’s Technology Strategy Team, we defined key recommendations surrounding enterprise governance, organizational delivery, organizational change management, and data governance frameworks. To complement the recommendations, our team developed strategic planning and executive presentation materials to assist Delaware North’s management team in moving forward with their transformation vision.
