Boot Barn—the world’s largest western wear retailer—needed an eCommerce presence with a bigger footprint. The company partnered with Acquity Group for guidance on how the channel could impact growth, customer satisfaction, user experience and brand recognition. Our team worked to create a robust, brand-enhancing design for the company’s Demandware eCommerce platform, and after less than 20 weeks of planning, project management support, creative design, and technical integration - we launched a fresh from-the-ground-up site experience, giving the retailer a brand new kick.
