With 10,000 programmers working on 6,000 projects across 240 platforms, a single interdependency failure can mean domino-effect disaster for the American Express travel division. We created an automated, dynamically updated framework that reduces project risk by pulling information from multiple systems to identify and track interdependencies, giving management a clear view into planning future projects.
