Developing a successful engagement strategy for mobile customers requires a careful blend of tools, techniques, and cross-channel alignment.
Global adoption of smartphones and tablets continues to accelerate at a rapid pace. In fact, there are 1.1 billion mobile 3G users globally, while the use of mobile phones for Web access is expected to overtake PCs by 2013, according to Gartner.
